It was politics! Rhenuka took the lead!
According to Pn Sheila, there was nothing wrong with us or our drama. Sad to say, it was politics.
The champs, their story was being performed and competed before. They should got penalty marks. The story is about a guy who was quite a bad tempered man, who does things without thinking twice, and things like that. Then he changed his behavior. Yeah, just like that. The story was okay, but it should not be used as it was being competed and got champ.
The first runner ups, was the hosting school. And they won because they were the host and there is no other reason. Their story was terrible, extremely terrible! I didn't watch it, but this is the story line: There was this retarded kid, and loved by his grandfather. His grandfather inherited a great amount of money to him. If he dies before 21, the money will be donated to charity. If he dies after 21, the money will be divided among his siblings. When he reaches 21, his brothers and sisters tried to kill him, without suceeding. At the end, his mother poisoned him. HELLO! What is this? Teaching us how to kill a retarded kid to get his money?
As for the second runner ups, their story is about a boy who likes to go out until late at night. His parents are not able to control him. So, one day, the parents are going out to attend a function and left him with his grandfather. His grandfather told him a story about his cousin who was jailed because he was at a crime scene where his friend was killed by gangsters but fled. He was blamed because he was the only one at the scene. After hearing this story, he changed his view of point towards his parents. This story was good, but they were using Manglish! And they should have been penalised. Maybe that is why they only got third placing.
As for Rhenuka, being the head adjudicator, should and MUST know all this. She just wants us to loose for her own good.
Want to know our story? It is about this couple, Adam and Maria, who had twins, Adrian and Sarah. They loved their kids and brought them up so well until they both graduated from the finest universities. So, when the father ask for money, they were not willing to give. And since they wanted a place to stay, the son took the father home while the daughter took the mother. Both the parents were ill-treated by their children, so the father decided that they lived on their own. This father later met and old friend who introduced him to a lawyer. And the father sued his children. The case was brought to court and the children, Adrian and Sarah were proved wrong. The parents forgave the children and told them it was not because they hated their children, but for the sake of other parents out there, who too were ill-treated by their children; that their children will think twice before acting like the way Adrian and Sarah did.
Isn't this story much better? It gives people a good message: not to ill-treat and to respect our parents.
Pn Sheila felt sorry for us, she said we did not deserve this kind of discouragement. Meng Swee(my friend) said:"She(Rhenuka) is crazy. Wonder how she can stay so long in the English department. Doesn't she feel guilty? One day when our school teachers become the head of the English department, Convent is dead." Meng Swee, I agree with you, very much.
ACS was much smarter. They did not take part in ANY English competition organised by JPS this year. ACSians, I salute you. You took the right step. And we MGSians learnt our lesson. AS LONG AS RHENUKA IS ALIVE, WE SHALL NOT TAKE PART IN ANY ENGLISH COMPETITIONS ESPECIALLY THE ONES ORGANISED BY THE STUPID JPS WHO LOVES RHENUKA SOOOO MUCH FOR NO GOOD REASON. I am sure the champs in the state level will get very terrible and dissapointing results when they compete in the national level. SHAME ON SELANGOR!
