eating too much

today I eat a good amount of food at lunch...tons of peas and vegie...and I have a hot dog and a pasta...so that's good.
but than when I went back to my room...I use the venting machine and buy M&Ms...and then i eat the whole bag....I was so bad...
I couldn't contorl myself...so is this what people called Binge-eating disorder???

health dairy

Today I skip breakfast again...so my stomach is making lots of noise during JAPNS class...
so immediately I went to have lunch...so hungry...and I call Adria....
I felt so hungry that I forget everything.
so I felt that I was going to have class at 1...
but I was totally wrong!!!
that's why when I walked into the class everyone included the teacher is staring at me....
they are like what the heck do you think you are doing?

after I read the articles, I decide to maintain a healthy lifestyle starting from today. it's for my own good for the rest of my life. it's a big investment. without my health I don't know what I can do.
so I am going to study more about this everyday and also keep execise and have a healthy diet.
this is absolutely neccesary.
